We can help! Indiana law says that vehicles must be tagged for 72 hours before they are towed away. Preferred Towing and Recovery can offer many services to assist you. For example, we can come in, walk your property, and tag the vehicles for you. If, after 72 hours, the violation is not corrected, we can tow the vehicle away at no cost to you.

Or, if you would rather tag the vehicles yourself, call us after they have been tagged for 72 hours. In most cases, you are NOT charged for towing the vehicles off your lot: only the vehicle owner is responsible for the charges.

We also offer services for permit-only lots. We can install the appropriate signs, and we will immediately remove from your property any vehicles which do not have permits.
